
Please note that we only accept items for exchange and store credit only. Shipping is not refunded for national and international orders in exchange for store credit.
Being an online boutique we understand that you cannot try garments on so if for some reason it doesn’t fit the way you had imagined, we are more than happy to exchange it for another size.
You must notify us via email within 3 days upon receiving your item. The garment must be returned to VALENCIA DEKOR within 7 days, unworn, undamaged along with the original tags and packaging attached.
A few tips to avoid damage: try the garment on without any makeup, perfume, and shimmer or tanning oils/creams/spray.
Returns that are damaged in any way will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore do not qualify for an exchange.
All flash sale and sale items are non-refundable.

We ship orders using USPS.
2 to 3 business days of processing is needed .After order has completed processing,it will be shipped. Once your order is shipped,tracking information will be emailed to you.
Please be sure that your address and order is correct.Changes cannot be made after that time. Delivery of your order ranges from 2-3days after processing based on your location. Remember that we CAN NOT GUARANTEE receiving dates on your hair.
Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email (whatever email you have registered your PayPal account with) as soon as your order ships.
MY GARMENT DOESN'T FIT ME - CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
VALENCIA DEKOR is happy to exchange the size of online purchases given that the original garment is in unworn and undamaged condition with label tags attached if notified via email within 3 days upon receiving the item.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE FAULTY GARMENT/S?
All garments are inspected prior to packaging to ensure that they are in excellent condition. We package all of our garments with love and care to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. Please, if you receive a faulty garment please contact Zampino immediately.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE ITEM/GARMENT?
Once we have received your return, we will send you an email notification. If your exchange item is in stock, we will process your order within one day. If your size is not in stock we will order it in for you, please note this process will take 10 business days please allow for additional time to receive your exchange. We will send you an email notification once your garment has left our location.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR VALENCIA DEKOR ITEM
We suggest customers to use a mail tracking method as we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please take note customers are responsible for return shipping charges. VALENCIA DEKOR will not cover return shipping costs.
